23snaps is a safe, secure and established place to upload your children's photos
All of the content added to 23snaps is uploaded to our secure storage servers, which are part of the Amazon S3 server network. Amazon is highly regarded for reliability and security in data storage and their S3 servers are used by companies including Dropbox, NASDAQ, Ticketmaster and Amazon themselves. We send the digital data to these servers using a secured connection and all of our data processing meets the minimum requirements for sites cleared to handle credit card transactions or financial data, meaning we use the same kinds of secure technology as your online banking system might.
Internally, the only staff who can access photo content are those who require access temporarily in order to perform their specific duties; primarily answering support requests. Anonymous usage data is also accessible by some members of staff in order to improve the service and features.
Finally, in the unlikely event 23snaps needs to discontinue the service, or if in the future 23snaps were to be acquired by another company, changes in features, terms and conditions, management or privacy settings will be clearly communicated through the app, website and email, with as much time as possible to allow users to discuss, understand and ask us any questions about the changes. If any user wishes, they will have the opportunity to export and download all of their content at any time during their use of 23snaps.
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to reiterate how seriously we take privacy and the needs of families. 23snaps is built by parents, for parents and for our own families because the existing photo sharing services did not offer the privacy and family-focused features we felt were required. Photos of our own children and loved ones are all stored in 23snaps. Our privacy terms are there to protect all of our users, including ourselves.
Who can see the photos and videos you upload?
The only people who will be able to view any content you upload are those people who you specifically agree to connect with (or your partner connects with). However if you are connected to a friend or family member, their partner will not have access to your uploads unless you connect with them directly.

No, by connecting with someones request to share their photos with you, you are also granting them access to all of your posts.
Exporting all of your content from 23snaps
It is possible to export all of your photo and video posts from 23snaps via the 23snaps website. Please click here for instructions.
Download a photo from 23snaps to a device or computer
It is possible for your connections to save the images you share with them to either the computer of their device's camera roll, this is why we recommend that you only connect your 23snaps account to people with whom you trust your images.
On the website
Simply right click on the image and save it to your selected destination in your computer.
On the iOS app
Tap the Options button beneath the image you wish to save and select the option to Add to camera roll on your phone.
On the Android app
Tap the more Options button beneath the image you wish to save, you can then select the option to Add to Gallery on your phone.
