What types of content can be uploaded to 23snaps?
When using the 23snaps app you have the ability to upload photos, videos, status updates and measurement updates. If you're managing your 23snaps account via our website, at this time unfortunately you will not have access to the video upload feature.
Posting to multiple children’s timelines
When adding content it is possible to tag as many of your children as you would like, simply ensure you have selected all of the children you wish to tag, once selected they will have a ✓ in the thumbnail image of their profile picture.
Posting content privately
You can now upload photos, videos, and updates privately for just you and your partner. These updates will be visible to you and your partner, but will not appear in the timeline or on the child's pages for any of your other connections.
On the web
All you need to do is begin the process of uploading your photo, video, story or status as normal, when you get to the publishing page you will have the option to decide "Who can see this post?". To make your post private simply click on the menu and select Me and My Partner from the drop down menu.
Each time you post this will be reset to the public default.
On the app
All you need to do is begin the process of uploading your photo, video or status as normal (NB. this feature is not available when posting multiple photos), but before you hit Publish make sure that the visibility slider is in the locked position.

Uploading photos from a computer or camera to 23snaps
In order to upload photos from your computer or camera they will need to be posted directly to the website. Click on the + Post tab at the top of the page (this is the homescreen so you may already be there), then select the Photo option. You will then be able to either “drag and drop” the image(s) you wish to upload, or you can click the Select Files button which will give you the following options to choose from:
- My Computer
- Flikr
- Dropbox
- Picassa
Choose the option to upload from My Computer, locate the photo(s) you wish to upload and click Open. (If the photos are on you camera you need to ensure that the camera is connected to the computer, you will then locate the images on the camera through the external devices window within the Browse Computer option). You will be prompted to use selected photo(s). You can then add a description to the photo, tag your child and decide when on the timeline it should appear. Finally click on the orange Submit Photos button to upload your photo(s).
Posting to a connection's timeline
You are only able to upload content to your own child’s timeline, however it is possible to comment on the content of you connections’ children.
Can someone other than myself or my partner upload a photo to my children’s timelines?
Yes. The friends and family in your network can now tag your children in their posts, pending your approval.
