Can I choose to share only some of the updates I’ve posted?

Yes, you are able to choose whether to share your posts with all of your connections, or post them privately - which will only allow yourself and your partner to access them.

 

 

 

 

 

Sharing an update with someone who doesn’t use 23snaps

You can email non 23snaps users any content you upload to 23snaps via the app. First you will need to locate the post you wish to share, then you need to tap the Options button underneath the post. From the options offered you need to select Send by e-mail, all you need to do now is enter the email address of the chosen recipient and hit send. It's as easy as that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Post an update from 23snaps to Facebook

although we understand that many of our users use 23snaps to keep their content private, it is possible to post any content you upload on 23snaps to Facebook if you wish. You can do this in 2 ways, the first will add the content to a 23snaps album on Facebook, the second will add a link to your Facebook Timeline which will allow your friends to load the content in a browser window.

1) Follow the process to upload a photo, but before you hit Publish slide the Share to Facebook button to On, now Publish your post. It will upload to 23snaps and Facebook simultaneously. 

 

2) First you will need to locate the post you wish to share, then you will need to tap the more Options underneath the post. From the options offered you need to select Share to Facebook, all you need to do now is hit Share. It's as easy as that.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Encountering the error message "23snaps is unable to access the Facebook account on your phone. Please check your Facebook settings"

If you encounter the error message "23snaps is unable to access the Facebook account on your phone. Please check your Facebook settings.", it is because you need to alter the authorisation settings of the Facebook app on your phone. What you need to do (on your phone, not in either of the apps) is go to Settings>Privacy>Facebook. You will then see a list of all the apps that you have allowed to have access to your Facebook, make sure 23snaps is on the list and that access is enabled and this should solve the problem.
