Delete your account on the 23snaps website

We are very sorry to see you go, but all you have to do is log into your account on the 23snaps website and click on "Your Name" in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Select Settings from the dropdown menu and then open the My Account tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the Delete My Account option, and click on the Delete Account link. You will be asked to confirm on the next page. If you have any feedback about why you're choosing to close the account, we'd love to hear it. Your feedback is immensely valuable in helping us improve the product and we'd really appreciate your thoughts on the service. 

Finally click the red Delete button to irrevocably remove your account and all of it's contents from our system.

    

 

 

 

 

We can delete your account on your behalf

We are very sorry to see you go, but all you have to do is drop us an email at support@23snaps.com or submit a request right here asking us to delete your account which we will do on your behalf.

Unfortunately we are unable to delete your account if you are currently connected to a partner, as an intact family unit prevents the deactivation of an account. Please disconnect from your partner before requesting that your account be deleted.

Please be aware that deleting the app from your device will stop you from receiving push notifications, but it will not delete the account or the content you have uploaded.
