On the website:
Click on "Your Name" in the menu bar at the top of the screen, from the dropdown menu select Settings. Now click on the My Account tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see the Export My Data option, then click on the button provided. We will then prepare your data to be exported.
When the data is ready, you will receive an email containing a link; from which you can download your data. Please be aware that this link will only be valid for 24hours.
