I got an invitation from a friend/family member for 23snaps, what do I do?
Simply click on the Accept button in the email, this is a link that will take you to the 23snaps website where you can register your own account and then interact with any content you friend or family member has posted (and also upload your own photos).
Connect with a friend or family member
On the website
Click on "Your Name" on the menu tab at the top of the screen, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Open the My Connections tab and at the top of the page you will see the invitation option. You will be given the opportunity to enter the email address of any friend or family member you want to connect with, or Import From Address Book. To complete the invitation process, click on the green Send Invitation button. Your friend or family member will be sent an email invitation, existing users will also receive a mobile notification informing them of your invitation to connect.
OR
Click the Friends tab in the menu at the top of the screen, locate the Invite Someone to 23snaps card, then click the orange Invite Family & Friends button. You will the be taken to the invite page, where you can enter the email address of your friend or family member. You also have the option to add a personalised message to your invitation. To finish the process, click Send Invitation.
On the iOS app
Click on the More button in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, then select My Connections. Click on Invite Someone and choose from the following options:
- Select from Contacts
- Enter Email/Mobile Number
- Gmail
- Yahoo mail
- Babycenter
An invitation will then be sent by email to each friend or family member you choose to connect with.
On the Android app
Click on the Menu tab in the top left hand corner and scroll down to Family & Friends. Click on Invite Someone and choose from the following options:
- Select from Contacts
- Enter Email/Mobile Number
- Gmail
- Yahoo mail
An invitation will then be sent by email to each friend or family member you choose to connect with.
Cancel a pending connection invitation
If you have sent a connection invitation, and then changed your mind ... don't panic! You can cancel it before it has been accepted. If it has already been accepted, you can still delete your new connection from your network.
On the website
Click on "Your Name" on the menu tab at the top of the screen, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Open the My Connections tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the Sent Invitations heading, you will see a list of your pending invites. To cancel one, simple click the Cancel option to the right of the relevant invite.
On the iOS app
Open the My Friends page and scroll down to Sent Requests. Now, click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the page, and then click on the Red Circle that appears next to the invitation you wish to withdraw. Finally, click Delete to withdraw the invite.
On the Android app
Open the My Friends page and scroll down to Sent Requests. Now, click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the page, and then click Delete next to the relevant invitation to withdraw it.
Connect with a friend or family member using Facebook
This feature is not currently available on the 23snaps website.
On the iOS app
Please be aware that the Facebook invitations are sent via Facebook Messenger, it is necessary to have the Messenger app installed on your device in order to access this option.
Tap the More button in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, then select My Connections. Click Invite Someone and select the Facebook option. You will then be prompted to sign in to your Facebook account. Now you simply need to select which friends you want to connect to on 23snaps. Remember to tap Send to complete the process. 
On the Android app

Connect with a friend in your Babycenter birth month group
This feature is not currently available on the 23snaps website.
On the app
Click on the Menu tab in the top left hand corner and scroll down to Family & Friends. Click Invite Someone and select the Babycenter option. A unique URL will then be generated, you need to Copy Link to Clipboard. Now you can go to Babycenter and post your unique link in a note to your friends to enable them to connect with you on 23snaps.
Removing a connection
Removing a connection will prevent that person from accessing the content that you share on 23snaps, they will not be notified that you have deleted them from your account, however should they attempt to view your content they will become aware that you are no longer connected.
On the website
Click on "Your Name" in the menu bar at the top of the screen, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Open the My Connections tab, and scroll down to My Family & Friends. Finally, click the Remove button to the right of the person you no longer wish to be connected to.
On the iOS app
Tap the More button in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, then select My Connections. Tap the Edit button in the top right corner of the screen. Now find the name of the connection you want to remove and simply click on the red button button next to their name. Finally, tap Remove and you will no longer be connected to that person.
On the Android app
Tap the Menu button and scroll down to Family & Friends. Now find the name of the connection you want to remove and simply click on the grey Remove button next to their name and the connection will be undone.
I got an email alert that someone I didn’t invite accepted my email invitation to connect. What happened?
It is possible for your friend or family member to accept your invitation to connect using different email address to the one you originally sent the invite to, if they have another address that they prefer to use. Check whether the connection in your account is someone you know, if not it is possible you entered the email address incorrectly and inadvertently invited the wrong recipient, simply remove the connection if you do not wish to share your content with them.
Someone I don’t know is trying to connect with me, can I block them?
By ignoring the invitation to connect you are preventing them from accessing any of your posts and uploads.
If I delete a connection, will that person be notified that I've removed them?
When you remove a connection on 23snaps, that person will not be notified that the connection has been deleted. However, they will no longer have access to your content, so it is likely they will eventually notice that you are no longer connected.
